Hello, lovelies! So sometime back, Garnier launched their very own Micellar water with 2 variants, one for daily/ light makeup removal and another for waterproof makeup removal. Since I am already using a regular makeup remover, I decided to get hold of the waterproof variant. But, I hardly wear heavy makeup so it took me some time to use the Garnier Skin Naturals Oil Infused Micellar Cleansing Water and get to a conclusion about how it works. Today, I’ll share my review of the product. Keep reading to know more about it…

What Garnier says: The 1st oil infused Micellar Cleansing Water, powerful at removing makeup, even waterproof yet surprisingly gentle on skin. For the 1st time, Garnier combined its Micellar Technology with nourishing Argan Oil. The Micelles capture and lift away residue like a magnet, while the oils dissolve traces of makeup and nourish the skin. Result: Skin is perfectly clean, nourished and comfortable.
- All-in-1 Cleanser & Makeup Remover.
- Cleanses + removes makeup + refreshes skin.
- No rinse, no harsh rubbing.
- Ideal for face, lips, and eyes
My take on the product: I got the 125ml variant for me. The Garnier Skin Naturals Oil Infused Micellar Cleansing Water comes in a transparent plastic tube with a white flip cap. The packaging is quite travel-friendly and is spill-proof. Coming to the product, the Micellar water comes in two layers of liquid, the top layer contains the oil and the bottom layer contains the water part. The composition ratio, as you can see is around 80% water and 20% oil.
The Garnier Micellar water is non-greasy and lightweight. It has a mild fragrance which I love. To use the product, you need to shake the bottle well and then pour a little amount of it in a cotton pad. A few drops of the Garnier Micellar water is enough to remove waterproof makeup. A single swipe of the cotton pad removes almost 70% of the makeup from the face, to remove all the makeup completely, you need to swipe 2-3 times.
The product removes makeup very effortlessly hence there’s no hard work required on the skin. Most of the makeup is pulled off at the first swipe and whatever is left can be removed with 2 or 3 more swipes. Once the makeup is completely removed, I wash my face with my regular face wash and I’m good to go. The Garnier Skin Naturals Oil Infused Micellar Cleansing Water is a real boon for people like me who are very lazy to spend time on makeup removal and need something to remove makeup instantly. This product has not given me any breakouts or skin irritation yet, so I guess it suits my combination skin well. The Garnier Micellar Water has taken a permanent space in my makeup bag and it’s an absolute savior when it comes to removing waterproof makeup!
- Sturdy packaging
- Spill proof and travel-friendly
- Removes makeup effortlessly
- Not harsh on the skin
- Beautiful fragrance
Final Verdict: If you wear makeup, you’ll need a makeup-remover too to get those makeup off from your skin and When it comes to removing heavy makeup or waterproof makeup, the Garnier Skin Naturals Oil Infused Micellar Cleansing Water does not disappoint at all.
